Obviously,this review is not for "Steam Game Awards" badge...and yeah,i recommend the sh*t out of this game.

Edit:Cmon Take-Two, a gta without mods is just garbage(Even though i dont play with mods anymore). Mods are the things that made this game of series perfect( e.g ,SA:MP ,MTA). You cant just forbid players from this.
And no, i dont recommend this game until Take-Two changes their mind.
