IT IS A COLLANDER BUT 'ROUND THESE PARTS, WE CALLS IT A STRAINER. And one person I know calls it a "hydrangea" but that's because she had a mini-stroke and has trouble remembering words. She also calls Christmas light decorations ICE CREAM.
