I played it for a bit, but to be honest... it's really boring.

It's trying to play like the Arkham games, but it ultimately just feels like a rhythm game with no real freedom. Every fight feels the same, with the exception of some enemies that can 1-hit kill you thrown into the mix.

While swinging around feels great, combat feels so scripted and stilted... I could stand the first game for the sake of it being a long time since we had a good Spider-Man game, but this feels like half baked DLC.

I saw about 2 minutes of gameplay for this and instantly fell in love. Please play it, it's so wonderful.

I really hope that we get more of this world. I need more of my little clown baby.

There's a LOT to do in this now that it's almost daunting. Stick with it and just explore. There's a lot to see and do.

Goofy as hell and perfectly wonderful.

Still just as fantastic as I remember.

This game has a lot of charm to it if you're willing to take the time to appreciate it. Coming from modern games, the game may seem a little bit odd or confusing... but that's because this also comes from an era where you'd be able to read through the manual to get more flavor and context.

If you give it a little patience, you will slowly grow to love the mechanics of the game, the story, the visuals and of course: The Music. I guarantee the main riff will really stick out in your mind after playing.

Definitely looks cool, but currently it won't stop crashing. Hopefully they fix this rather than let it ride a few weeks.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't enjoyed a game like this in years.

It's fun, hellish and campy all wrapped up into one. There's a reason why people are addicted to the game already.

To me, it has the same level of fun I had as a kid when I finally got to play Star Wars Battlefront and Halo. It obeys by the rule of cool and 9/10, even random players you link up will be amazing to play with. Getting to play at the very beginning already feels like you're at the start of something pivotal and amazing.

Even if these kinds of games aren't your kinda thing, it might make you a believe. Good luck Helldiver.

It has had a rough start, but I personally love this game.

I have no doubt that they'll continue to take care of and support this game, it'll just take some time. The gameplay is extremely solid and at this point, that's all I care about to have a good time.

I will say though, the voices before the mission have to go though. Lol Consistently annoying and unskippable.

The level of support I expected still hasn't quite arrived. It does feel like the game is on a base level of life support right now. To date, it feels like the entirety of what they have, including the DLC should've been a flat $19.99 purchase.

The gameplay is still nice, but not really enough to keep you going after all this time.

I booted this up after it had freshly updated and was delighted to see the characters in the opening sequence still T-Posing and sliding down the road.
