This was once my main, my pride, my claim,
Back in the days of sub CS 1.6, where I found my craze,
A world of headshots, clutch plays, and fire,
My digital self, forged in that pyre.

In dusty maps, through narrow lanes,
I reigned supreme, my skills unchained,
Each level gained, each quest complete,
Marked milestones in my virtual domain.

But time flows on, as rivers do,
Priorities shift, new worlds to chart,
My main, my heart, now takes a step back,
An alt it becomes, still dear to my heart.

New beginnings call, fresh horizons to explore,
Yet, I’ll not forget this cherished space,
For memories linger in the ether,
Of the place that first saw my digital grace.

Now times have changed, new games arise,
My main account fades, as the old guard dies,
Though it's no longer main, its spirit's intact,
In the heart of the game, I'll always make my impact.
