It's good, but it uses the control scheme from Heroes of Hammerwatch, rather than the one used in the original release of Hammerwatch. And since I prefer the original controls, I prefer the original release.

All in all, I don't think there's much reason to buy this if you have the original, but either one is a fine way to play the game.

Only get iceborne once you've had your fill of the base game!
While master rank and more monsters is nice and adds more to do to the game,
a lot of the changes in iceborne make the game objectively worse...most notably the clutch claw.

I like this game, you should too.
