while the platforming itself was fine and fun, once it gets to the last boss+ after dialogue is where it drops down significantly for me
the only 3 scares in the game are the same exact jumpscare copy pasted
the horror ambiance that was there occasionally was good and the pixel art style is very cute
i would only recommend playing this game if u were really wanting to play an extremely short platformer that u havent played before

this game is very charming and melancholy
its very easy to cheese the enemies as they dont have many movesets, however its also easy to get stuck on nothing or get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by the controls being a lil clunky - if u took the basic fighting style of the dark souls series but made it top down while having ur bright child follow u everywhere
the games story feels lackluster and while i would like it, the execution on it couldve been better
overall im very mixed on this game and cant give a full you should or shouldnt play it

if i could make the recommendation of this game mixed i would
while the gameplay it fun, its definitely meant to play with friends and is more fun that way
its a spin off of the raccoon city event where ya play as the bad guys - however the characters you get to play as dont have enough conversations with each other, so it feels a little empty
and even on the easiest difficulty, its stupidly easy to die in 2 seconds
it does have great music tho

despite some clunkiness and frustration with the controls; i would say this game is worth the play, its fun, silly and an overall good time with the story

while initially the game looks nice due to the setting, and is mildly fun; it quickly delves into not being as fun, as well as the controls feeling a lil clunky. I imagine this was really good back when it initially came out but due to time, in my onion, feels like this games downfall
plus two out of the four main characters u can play as are incredibly unlikable :(

this game is very cute and has a great soundtrack
im not a fan of roguelikes and this one is incredibly difficult but power to ya if thats ur cup of tea
