While I'm sitting in my room on this warm and dark night, I reflect on the many hours spent on this video game. It started as a quite frankly innocent attempt to achieve some sort of happiness in life. While I searched through endless servers and game modes I found myself resonating most with StarwarsRP. As I was and still am quite fond of the Star Wars universe, I took my fondness to an extreme extent. I got dragged into the possibility of proving myself to this game and proceeded to get heavily involved in one special server. Now this server was Revolution Gaming, while playing the game and on the server gave me some very happy and enjoyable moments in life, I have to look back. Was 3.500 hours worth it?

To that question I do not have a good enough answer, I can only reflect on my decisions. It gave me a lot of learning, friends and good times. But at what cost? The cost of family wondering why I'm sitting in my room for several hours straight and me opening the curtains only to get flashbanged to the other side of the continent. I guess the reason I am rewriting my review after all this time is to give myself some peace of mind and try to articulate my deepest feelings.
