Endless Legend is an amalgamation of the best features in the 4X genre, while incorporating some of the best ideas from its sci-fi predecessor, Endless Space. Examples include a "story line" for each faction in the form of quests, a seasonal system that dramatically impacts gameplay, and meaningful differences between factions, all wrapped in a solid combat system.
