Is this the most polished game ever? No. Is it still fun? Absolutely.

I'd call this Armored Core meets Earth Defense Force. The (sole) developer has done a good job making progression feel like you're not only keeping up with the introduction of new enemy types, but also improving your power by significant degree when you start getting higher tech tier drops. There are certainly some issues with friendly and enemy AI pathing and frame drop issues, but they don't really bring a screeching halt to the blasting. At worst you might curse the jittery aim when a load of Reds spawn in or roll your eyes as a friendly tank charges alone to their death.
