I play a wide range of games both old and new. I grew up playing console and arcade games. Within the last few years, I've gravitated more and more to PC along with the indie boom. I have very diverse tastes that range from titles such as: Turbo-Graphics 16 shmups, Metal Gear Solid, Streets of Rage, Half Life 2, Contra, Portal, Fallout, Ninja Gaiden, Baldurs Gate, Golden Axe, Dragon Quest, Outrun, NHL 94, FTL, Neo Geo, Shadowrun etc etc. I love videogames. I'm equally about getting immersed in fictional worlds and getting lost in unreality, as well as enjoying games purely as a form of play. I also feel that games can reach into new territory and evolve as a medium. I enjoy the history of games, programming techniques, and the evolving culture of video games. I draw on a long lifetime relationship with games and years of computer programming. I also want more gamer friends, so please friend me :)
