Hi Monica, although I am not a lawyer but I know well the law for such matters, since the SPF and NUS are not going to take further action on the perverted dog nicholas lim, as he is a dog hence I did not capitalize the initials of his name, anyway now the only way for you to go is to do a private summons on him, get a lawyer preferably one who can do pro bono for you or only takes payment after the damages have been awarded to you. Sue him for all the possible damages to you both mentally and physically and get him to pay a huge sum of money as compensation. Thats the only way to go now to get justice. You can even claim sgd $500k if you want, depending on how your lawyer wants to fight the case.
