It runs poorly and doesn't look like the trailers on most PCs. It also has some bugs and glitches like quest triggers not triggering or insta-death for falling 1 foot. It ALSO runs like complete garbage on consoles, and CD Projekt Red did some fairly shady things by keeping that a secret.

But this game is everything I wanted it to be. Open world, TONS of missions, a very well written story with very well written characters, good combat (people complain about the AI, but it seems fine to me), and tons of player variation. The builds are interesting and play very differently, and most quests have various ways to get the job done. It's like GTA and Deus Ex had a baby, with just a hint of the GOOD BioWare games.

My main complaint is the lack of story-impacting choices and a lack of romance options, but there's still a decent amount.

If you want to wait for this game to be patched and polished, I won't blame you, but if you're on the fence then there is absolutely no reason not to get this game. The bugs (on PC), at least the ones I've experienced in my 60+ hours, are not game-breaking, and at WORST require a quick reload.

GET THIS GAME.

Who would've thought I'd still be playing a ghost hunting game a full year after the original Halloween.

Although it's lost most of its scariness 60 hours in, the game still has its moments, and the detective work of each hunt still holds up. There are somewhat frequent updates (once or twice a month) and they're entirely positive changes, fixes, and additions to the game.

It's the most solid and enjoyable co-op horror game out there. Great fun, even if the horror part falls off (but that's the case with every horror game eventually.)

Definitely something to buy, or at the least, keep an eye on.

This is one of the best rogue-like games ever period. It's amazing. The story, art, soundtrack, and game-play... everything is top notch.

Supergiant Games also made Bastion, Transistor, and Pyre, which are ALL amazing games, but for some reason those never really stuck with me. Hades, however, is their best work yet. I found myself doing run after run, improving and learning, and being able to afford upgrades that actually get me further each run (a common problem I have in rogue-likes is that the upgrades just don't feel impactful.)

This isn't even $60. What are you waiting for? Buy this game.

As per usual, this party pack follows the trend of a couple amazing games and a few forgettable ones.

That being said, the good games in this pack are really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good.

Trivia Murder Party 2 is an overall improvement from the original. The kill rooms are more unique, the questions are harder, and the race at the end was made just a tad more difficult. Is it better than the first? Up to you, but mostly, yes.

Dictionarium is... boring. It's a game about words, you make definitions, then you make new words based on the definitions. It's like a literature nerd's take on the game Telephone, but it just doesn't make the cut.

Joke Boat is a banger. It's like Mad Verse City mixed with a tiny bit of Tee K-O and it's a blast every time. The captain, the prompts, the punchlines, it's all so fun. It is dependent on how funny your participants are but even then this game had me grasping my sides in hysteria. It's very simple but a sure-fire good time.

Role Models is alright, it's pretty neat and unique but for my purpose, which is streaming to Twitch, it just wasn't that great. It's done best if you know the people you're playing with fairly well so if they're strangers or it's a party or something... it'll just fall flat. I like some aspects of it and it got some conversation flowing but it's meh.

If there is one game to get this entire pack for, it's Push the Button. It's a take on Mafia, where there's a group of people and a handful of them are traitors. The traitors in this case are aliens on a spaceship, and the humans must find out who is actually an alien and send them out the airlock. It's rowdy, it's accusatory, and it's probably the most fun Jackbox game to ever exist. The captain changes each round and they decide which test some people he selects will do. You'll get simple drawing prompts like "A handshake", but the ALIENS will get a prompt that says "A fist bump". If one of the people clearly draws a fist bump instead of what the humans had to draw, then they're instantly suspicious. It's brought even HIGHER with the fact that the aliens can sabotage humans to get the wrong prompt. or even allow their co-aliens to get the RIGHT prompt.

Overall this pack is a blast and a fine addition to the party pack line-up. If you like the others, don't even hesitate to get this one.

Incredibly, historically bad launch.

It's okay now.

Let's get the nonsense out of the way. Yes there are micro-transactions. A lot. They're all cosmetic, except the DLC fighters. Yes, Frost can be unlocked via story mode. No there is not a notice of this on her DLC page. That being said, what reasonable person just throws money at a character without doing the least bit of research or critical thinking?

The gameplay itself is fluid and delicious. The tutorials are amazing and even teach you about frame data, something that a casual player may not even know exists. There's a fun AI vs AI mode, online netcode was flawless for the 20 or so matches I played, and the story was legitimately entertaining.

There's a conspiracy that they pumped out a broken and predatory game so that they can look like the good guys when they fix it. The end result, however, is that it gets fixed. Don't just throw money or scream at everything with a price tag. The base game, the fighters, the online/local play (what's most important for a fighting game, imo), and the story are all acceptable for a $60 AAA title.

Quite hard but very good game. Relentlessly punishes you for not learning from your mistakes, but once you figure things out it feels great to kill a boss.

Plenty of challenging and thoughtful puzzles? Check.

Characters that will make you re-think your whole life? Check.

Dozens of secrets including stars, easter eggs, hidden story, and more? Check.

Graphics, voice acting, and a soundtrack on-par with the greatest indie games and AAA titles - combined? Check.

This is an amazing game. I got it on sale for $13.59, but I can easily say that even at $40 this game is well worth the time. If you like puzzle games and immersive stories, it doesn't get much better than this. Honestly on-par with or better than Portal (1 and 2).

Let me start off by saying that this game is in no way bad. If a friend has it and you're looking for something to play, give it a whirl.

The Jackbox Party Pack 2 contains this game as well as FOUR others. If this game is $10, and the Jackbox Party Pack 2 is $25, it's simple math that it'd be better to buy the party pack. If $15 is what seperates you from buying this game and that one, then sure, Quiplash is a blast with friends; however, if you're looking for good party games in general, it's a much better deal to get either one of the party packs.
