I got this game because I was curious about Warhammer 40K. It is a delightful turn based action game; I don't know how similar or dissimilar it is to the TTRPG, but it absolutely is a blast to make and customize your army and go up against the Tyranid challenge!!!

I want to start off by clarifying this is not my favorite genre. I find most solo character action-RPGs to be lonely affairs, I much prefer the Mass Effects and Baldur's Gate style campaigns that focus on party characters. With that said, Elden Ring's beautiful world is loaded with incredible environments, intimidating foes, and an endless sense of wonder and exploration. The action is fluid, engaging, and varied.

I enjoyed this game primarily with heavy use of the wikipedia and tutorials. I honestly feel like that is how the game is designed to be used; it is much more fun for me to have a target artifact I want to recover from some deep catacomb, some area I missed on my own that I have to carefully backtrack and find what I missed.

I also played through most of the game with the Seamless Co-Op mod, which changes multiplayer from limited to asking for assistance only in boss areas to making the entire game something you can explore with a friend. I much preferred this style, although it does have the downside of disconnecting you from the amusing and frequently helpful messages left for you by other players.

All this to say - this game is a masterpiece. Even if it's not your usual cup of tea, I encourage you to try it out. If you find it lonely, try the co-op mod. If you're stuck, don't hesitate to google a guide or watch a video on a cool build you could try. The game is worth the journey.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is a perfect way to feel like you are part of the Ninja Universe!

There are remarkably few games I've 100%'d- I simply don't have the time to spend hours collecting every minute collectable item on a story I have otherwise finished.

The difference is with Mass Effect, I wanted to find that time! I completed one game in a quick runthrough, and immediately started over so that I could 100% and ship my Shepard over to Mass Effect 2.

SO WORTH IT!

I'm only a few hours into this game right now, but I strongly encourage you to consider it! The entire game is the best parts of a sandbox and RPG- the combat is deliciously tactic-based, the magic systems are deep and interactive, the characters populating the world are varied and humorous, and best of all- it has legitimate co-op! Drop in, drop out, switch in, switch out- it's all good!

Colombia is a delightful world to explore. Gunplay is standard, but the narrative kept me interested! Wish the ending was a bit better fleshed out- it goes from "interesting" to "weird" rather quickly... and twist-endings are not necessarily the same as good endings.

In any case, a highly enjoyable game!
