A fairly unique environment with a calm atmosphere. Exploration and socialization with other players is the main attraction. Animals available are in a sort of progression system; you must collect items to unlock the next creature. Very cute and therapeutic in most circumstances.

There are things in Meadow that require owning other games from the developers (animals, actions, skins), most of which are enjoyable but not vital to gameplay. I got all of the unlockables by purchasing a game bundle while it was on sale.

Realism and roleplay 'groves' (a server within a server, I suppose) exist for those interested in a different way to play. These groves are more intense and can be stressful to some.

Overall, I'd say Meadow is worth the price. It's very cheap compared to other titles.
