Playing this is penance for the environmental sins I've committed in Satisfactory.

It's all fun and games until you run out of biomass in your generators (and you expanded too far for your poor coal system), you're one item short of finishing the 3km long hypertube and have to run all the way back to your base on foot, and you get trapped in a fart rock zone because the glitchy cat heads spawned five meters in front of your face and you were too busy with poo coming out to realize there was a cliff there and how in the mercer spheres is it 2am already someone please save me...

Best game in the series, been staying up to 2 am for the past week playing it. Also you get to quite literally hack the planet in one mission.

It's all fun and games until your opponent starts rolling sevens.

It's essentially the same gameplay and design as ComPressure (the UI is even pretty much the same), just with digital logic instead of analog. Somehow that makes it MUCH easier to solve puzzles this time around.

I've averaged four hours of sleep the past three nights, endured my base flooding twice, and being unable to run any other programs just to free up enough of my poor GTX 960's vram to get the game to sort-of maintain 30fps outdoors while my system puts out as much heat as a Heater T8.

And I'll keep doing it until I've buried Mars in eggplants.

This game made me look up what it would take to become a civil engineer. Apparently, years of schooling and far, far too much math. Welp.

It's like SpaceChem, but you can actually complete it without a guide.

First (and only) Zachtronics game I was able to beat in a weekend, second Zachtronics game I've reached the end credits of at all (EXAPUNKS being the other). Go play it, it's worth your time... and if you think it's too easy, just wait until the post-game levels transmute your brain into lead.

This. This right here is how you do game preservation. Take an original series, shine it up a bit, add some modern quality-of-life features and extra content, and package it up for a reasonable price (a reasonable price, Nintendo). 10/10 would Charles my way into the airship again.

If there's one thing I've learned from playing this masterpiece of a game, it's that I have a very long way to go to become a true slav. But, I know the potential for greatness is within me... because I can at least squat with my heels on the ground (if only for ten seconds before my Amerikanski knees ragequit on me). So there's that.
