Introduction. First off HOI4 is a very good game, making you be a government of a country in 1936 or 1939. You can even make political decisions and actually have an experience of being a leader.

Ideology. Usually instead of being stuck democratic fascist or communist or non alligned, you can easily just change by realistically having a civil war over ideology in the country and change ideology. I find this very simple and i believe this is what makes the game good.

Why i think this game is good overall. Well to be honest i like the mix of war and politics. I think the amount of effort that has gone into this game is overall impressive and this interests a good community. I dont see much wrong with HOI4 and other from some bugs, glitches, ect.. its just brilliant.

This game is definitely a masterpiece, these updates are awesome! Definitely worth buying if you love battles, i appreciate the amount of work they have done to the game too, i really do.
