Can't believe Todd Howard made me buy another Elder Scrolls game I already had, but honestly, he did it again. The remaster is very true to the original Oblivion. It keeps the original magic of what made the game fun while giving it a nice face lift and improves quality of life features to modernize the game.

REVIEW: This is perhaps the best a Total War game has been on vanilla release. It is an incredibly good game, it is really fun, and it continues the wonders of the Warhammer universe with magics and superb diversity of factions, in both aesthetics and gameplay style. I cannot stop playing it since I got it, almost 21 hours in after 2 days. I am addicted beyond belief

ON MIXED REVIEWS: This is a result of two things. 1) Chinese players who are reviewing bombing, upset over the way Creative Assembly did their promotion in China.
2) poor optimization performance that many players are experiencing. We're not sure what happened yet, but reviewers are now reporting that review copies ran better than live. Either something was messed up with the VFX or Denuvo DRM is causing lag.

HOWEVER, I was able to start the game with DX11 rule and have not had issues with performance since.
For the curious, click properties on the game, find Launch Options and type -dx11
It improved my performance tenfold!

Started off at war with 2 factions. Set sail to take one out right off the bat. Another faction declared war on me and took my capital. I come back only to find a desolate place. My capital was burnt to the ground. bretty gud 9/10

I got invaded by -=n00b_killer=- and was tasked to BLOW UP THE OCEAAAAAAN.

If you don't buy this game and beat it twice around then you cannot call yourself a normal person.
