The campaign was pretty cool. If you are willing to recapture the OG Halo Combat Evolved and Halo 3 vibe, this can give you I think. They got rid of blasphemous Halo 4, and 5 sh*ts. (pheew) And RPG-styled open space, modernized combat systems were quite balanced. Not too heavy and complex but not too simple like for children.

PS: I never hopped into Halo multiplayer. I haven't tried Halo Infinite multiplayer too.

If you're having some fighter jet fetish then Ace Combat 7 is definitely the game you will enjoy. You'll need controller ofc. You just can't manoeuvre a flying thing with keyboard and mice.
