If you're fine with frustrating controls and inconsistent hitboxes from spikes and the platforms, I'd absolutely recommend buying this game
as much as I hate talking badly about a cat game, this really needs improvement.
awful controls, inconsistent and buggy hitboxes. let's not talk about the volume when opening the game. my ears literally still hurt from it 5 minutes later. and there's no in-game way to change the volume of music or sound, you can only mute it (in "controls", for whatever reason)
other than those things this is a nice, short, and cheap game with 30 levels. all of them would be pretty easy if the controls and hitboxes weren't such a pain, but they're all very doable nonetheless.
I honestly don't know whether to recommend this since Steam only gives you Yes/No options. If you're fine with frustrating controls and inconsistent hitboxes from spikes and the platforms, I'd absolutely recommend it

absolute waste of time. even the controls are horrific and I don't even know how you can mess up controls in a 2D game this badly

I couldn't recommend this enough. Only $2 for more levels, which all are arguably better than the free ones. And in the end, you get rewarded with a final(?) end scene from the beginning of time
But, most importantly, as with every purchase of any Devcats game: The money spent will be used to help cats . Try finding excuses to buy this now.

without a doubt, this is the best Hidden Cats game out there. Great story, great art, great ideas including mini-games (reaching from collecting catnip and killing getting rid of insects to rescuing cats in space!), "Hidden Hidden Cats" that require you to click an object to make them appear, and, of course, lots, and lots of cats...
The music throughout the whole game is amazing too, and it adjusts depending on which year you're in, so don't turn it off!
Giovani's creativity and skill in art is astonishing too with incredibly many secrets in the art.
Overall lots of playtime, lots of joy, and lots of cats. A must-play . The DLC is highly recommended too, since the DLC years are arguably better (plus you get a cool end scene). Looking forward to more games from the Devcats <3

you're clicking on 100 more cute kitties. What's not to love? perchance the missing achievements, but that's understandable. still absolutely worth it, especially for the low price. the art, as always, is great. quite a few secrets too, i don't think i've seen a baguette cat though :(
