First time in 25 years that i quit a game halfway because of how disappointing it is. I love serious sam games so i bought this game with the expectation to play another serious sam game. But I did not. This is not the serious sam game i know. This is just frustrating and unfun. Map design is horrible and the game mechanics also horrible. Instead of fighting hordes you fight a mix of enemies with their own mechanics in cramped up spaces. "Yeah lets spam running bomb man, snipers,bulls and rocket launcher fatman in a cramped up ruins, that's definitely fun"Yeah its not fun. I like challenges and difficult games but this is cheap kind of difficult. This is frustrating kind of difficult. And this keeps happening often slowing down the pace of the game significantly. I tried man, i really tried.

One of the best shooting games. If you want to feel like an action hero and blast away hordes of enemies this game is for you. No deep gameplay mechanics,no deep story line,no complex maps or quests and its not trying hard to be "the next big thing". It is what it was 15 years ago. Just simple entertainment and it's good at it. I wish more games like serious sam would come out where you blast away hordes of mobs. Combine outstanding music that pumps you up with swarms of enemies in the horizon rushing towards you,yeah no other game does it like serious sam. Let me ask you this. Which other games lets you carry a literal cannon shooting cannon balls at your enemy making them explode in gibs?

Fun relaxing game with nice visuals. The story was more interesting than i expected.

Fun game. Not worth at full price. Way too short and small content to get it at full price.
Only recommend if you buy at discount. Unless you're a die hard streets of rage fan and need it for nostalgic purposes.

Nice adventure/platformer game with beautiful music and a compelling story line.

One of the best remakes i have ever seen. Its not a simple remake or remaster. Its nearly a complete overhaul. Outstanding visuals and sound. Xen is extremely well done. Even though i had played half life couple of times, Black Mesa made m feel like i was playing it again for the first time(almost). Specially Xen.
I recommend this game to everyone,gamers who played the original decades ago and to new gamers who are looking for an awesome ride. Half life on its own is a must play title. Black mesa just makes it better.

Great game. Oversensitive gamemods. Will mute you for the smallest things.

One of the best co-op games available. Tons of content available, from classes to maps and gear. The combat is exhilarating and can get intense. It is immensely fun. The devs are active to this day, keeping the game healthy. Props to fatshark,quality studio.

Most of the bugs have been resolved. Game is sublime

One of the best race game.

First 2 hours is great. Then it becomes dull and tedious.
Lame boring monster design with no variation.
Lame boring enviroment that doesn`t change for the longest part of the game.
Boring repetetive puzzles. Glad there are only a few puzzles in this game.
You just circle the same places a couple of times.
Almost no action. Just a couple monster encounters. For the rest its just a hidden object game.

I didn`t even bother with the DLC. It just was too boring. Worst resident evil title imo.
