Yo this game is very good, the shooting isn't hard but the difficulty lies in section where you have to navigate your ship through narrow caves, underground tunnels... Really short like 1 and a half hour max but the game is very generous when it comes to continue and life.

This game is very good, exceeds what I expected. Maybe because it has a triple A budget and price tag? Short but it's normal for interactive games like this.

Hope they make another game like this soon, and I'll grab it when it becomes cheap.

One of the best modern FF game, just ignore the neckbeard with their nostalgia for the old games comparing this to a 1990s FF games. Complaining about this game being segmented yet they're the first one in line to buy FF VII 1/3 or 1/4 remake for $60 they have no right to talk about the game being incomplete.

If this game isn't the best open-world game, none is.

God awful story telling, I don't know why people rate it so high I had to check it out, what a disappointment.

The game has a lot of twists and turns, but they're nothing special or spectacular like people said in there review. Unless you're 12 and have never seen a drama before, maybe it'll impress you? I for myself am not a fan of drama genre, but growing up in Asia where drama is the most commonly watched show I've seen it all, NOTHING in this game surprised me.

The game is a VN that heavily portraits negativity, it has disturbing scenes in it, murder, torture, domestic violent... But the way it drags those scene is just dreadful. Once you have scene the twist of each story, it needs to wrap up quick, but nope, let's drag it out.

It has a mysterious setting around it, until they reveal the secret and it's nothing special, imagine putting yourself through those disturbing scenes for the sake of the story and you're met with the secret that you remember you've seen somewhere in a cheap drama...

At least the art is nice, the music is decent except for the main song in chapter 3 it's atrocious, downright being cancer and doesn't fit with the type of game it is.

6/10 is a very generous score from me. For the expectation from the story too high, it just fell flat.

this ♥♥♥♥ would have been more interesting if it's a real action platformer game instead of being a mini trial and error games with check point in between. And the music sucks too.

This game is designed for console peasants and it will always be. It suffers from the time when them, peasants call "gen 7", as PC gaming doesn't have things call gen like them. It has all the flaws that you see from the time I call "Dark Age" for them, cause they couldn't know better. Let's start:

-QTE in an action game, check, just like GOW, CoD, RE6.
- Gimmick boss design, check, just like GOW, RE6.
-Mf game even has long ass cinematic cutscene and a loading screen just like the MW CoD...
-Muddy, yellowish graphic that you can clearly tell which generation it's from, this one nothing you can do since the petty consoles were only able to do this much.

NG3 clearly was heavily influenced by the games during its gen 7 era, which is why it's the worst in the collection. But that's just the effects of being surrounded by generic games like CoD and GOW. But there're more:

-They removed exploration, no more exploring to discover chests and item needed for you to complete the game, make it extremely linear and boring.

-They remove essence, a thing that is very important in older games, try removing estus flask from DS.

-They put in a bunch of enemy for you to fight instead of 4 or 5 to force you and keep you moving, sometimes you don't even know what you're doing you're just smashing button. It feels like you're playing the Batman Arkham series, not NG.

The game is very fun to when in combat, its tight and very good to fight enemy, but that's about it. That's it only good thing.

Easily the best one out of the 3 in the master collection. 1 is too outdated and full of cheap enemy + stupid camera. 2 improves upon 1 in many way. From healing you every fight to the statue heals you and no money cost to upgrade weapon.
The bosses are some what simple and some are cheap in 2 of the side characters chapter and the flying female one for Ryu.

Overall this game is good, should be the standard of Ninja Gaiden.
