Story is not as good as previous ones, but it's not awful.
I still enjoy the gameplay and had a good time trying out all the weapons and their burst arts.
Costumes are a bit lacking but costumes are in the update road map so I'll wait and see what they add.
I had fun fighting almost all of the new Aragami they added, except for one but with the amount they added that's fine.
My biggest criticism would probably be how much they cut back on abilities, kinda wish I could go for crazy minmax stuff still.
I haven't had any issues with online yet, so that's good. In GE2 sometimes my friends and I would get infinite loading screens.
Had a lot of fun so far in the assault missions, never knew I wanted 8 man boss fights till now.
I really enjoyed being able to move my camera in the hub area and look around, small thing but it's nice.
I personally haven't had any bugs or crashes, the worst I've had in my controller disconnecting and needing to restart the game but that happens to me in other games so that's a me problem.

There's no real organization to my review but I just wanted to jot some things down.

Pros outway the cons a bit.

I hear people have been having problems with the game, but personally I've had no issues, and judging the game just for what it is, it's pretty fun so far.

It's not the cleanest port I've ever seen but I honestly expect it to be fixed in the coming future, only thing I'd like is Borderless Windowed mode, though I also hope that it gets optimized better so that more people can play.

Nep/10 game, gave me my quarterly dose of nep, and I can go on living for another quarter.

Online downside is no playable uzume :C

Jiren exists

I'd avoid this game atm if you want to actually try it, servers are even more garbage than BDO's, which is impressive in it's own way.

The game itself played alright, but it was hard to actually play the game with the server condition, you'd get stuck at the gate where you select the dungeon to enter, and it would just never connect you, the only solution was to enter the main menu and reset position, basically, the "unstuck" command.

It says open beta but these sorts of problems should be solved during closed betas or even prior.

The translations aren't the greatest, so if you're in it for the story I wouldn't reccomend it currently.

Couldn't tell if it was because of the lag or just damage scaling, but even wearing full gear you can get 2-3 shot pretty frequently and that's not great because there are a lot of skills that make you immobile for a while, and maybe dodging would help but you can't really do that because of the servers.


If the servers ever recover I'll probably come back and leave an actual review, but right now it's just unplayable.

Games fun with friends, but the AI are cheating bastards, so try to play with friends or find an open lobby to play with people.

It's alright.

This was certainly a thing, I didn't play it very much, but it certainly wasn't anything memorable or worth the price tag.
If you picked it up during the recent 60% off sale, I'd say that's a fair price fi you're the kind of person who likes a long grind, but at full price, it's just not worth it.
