I know the ban/ suspension is temporary but why you giving season suspension give a week suspension.
you are giving suspension to players who want to play legit and not for cheaters.
and after 3 season suspension we get permanent ban form competitive. What the hell is this no game give you this king of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
take a example for CS2 it gives maximum cooldown up-to a week and valorant it also same.
soo why your are giving season ban/suspension.
and regardless your servers are pathatic getting disconnect from game randomly my friends are also getting disconnected and our internet is very stable.
we are not getting disconnected from CS2, Valorant, Warzone and many more online games.
It just issue with overwatch server/battle.net servers.

Repeatedly leaving or disconnecting during competitive matches in Overwatch 2 can result in Competitive Play restrictions being placed on the account. If this behavior becomes a pattern, the restrictions will escalate in severity, eventually resulting in being banned from Competitive Play for the remainder of the season. Competitive bans are lifted when the next season begins.

As of Season 4 of Overwatch 2, a new Season no longer fully resets the severity of these suspensions and bans. This change can be found in the following Patch Notes.

If your account is banned from Competitive Play during three separate seasons, your account may be permanently banned from Competitive Play. We do not overturn these account restrictions, regardless of the reason.

My question is Why are you giving entire season ban you could have given 1 week or 2week ban on leaving competitive.
WTF is going on. is this happened to players no one will play ♥♥♥♥♥♥ overwatch.
As i know Overwatch Player base is dropping because your are giving intentionally season bans/suspension to players that want to play game fairly.
If this happens to players no one will play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game in future.


Again I'm saying Pathetic leaving game penalty.

Because of this, we often penalize players who make this a habit. This is especially true in ranked-mode games, which competitive players take much more seriously.

Connection problems sometimes cause players to drop so we set a threshold for leaving quick play games before you are penalized—competitive games have special rules which are outlined below. Game Masters will not overturn leaver penalties.

Repeatedly leaving games will move you into leaver status until you successfully finish enough games to remove that status. If you are currently in leaver status, your player card will tell you how many games you must finish to leave that status in the upper-right corner.

UNRANKED MODES
In Unranked Modes, leaving two to three of your last 20 games played will result in a 2-minute suspension from queuing for most modes. If you continue to leave games, the suspension can increase to 10 minutes, then 2 hours and finally 48 hours.

COMPETITIVE PLAY
Penalties in Competitive Play are more severe because of the serious nature of the mode. In addition to the 75% experience penalty, you may be restricted from joining a Competitive Play game for a pre-determined amount of time. I know we get penalty for leaving game is required but you are giving season ban/ suspension on 2 game disconnected how it is fair and that 2 games i disconnected that is not my fault.
Queued competitive and got match after connected in game and after selecting hero got disconnected and got message "disconnected by client".
i don't have problem with suspension.
But your policy is "if we get 3 season ban then we will get permanent ban in competitive". but why you have to give permanent ban on this.
this is not user friendly.

Reading through the ticket I understand there was an issue with the competitive season. I know how disheartening it is when an account loses rank, gets suspended, or banned for a season due to connection/crashing issues. I wish I had better news for you here but customer support is unable to edit rank or remove penalties for Competitive Overwatch no matter the reason.

Matches left in Competitive Play will also have a more negative effect on a player’s Skill Tier and Division after a 5-win Competitive Update.
