Cute presentation. Level design and mechanics are interesting, though a lot of the puzzles are on the easy side and can be solved pretty quickly, even the challenge ones. Eager to see more complex mechanics and harder puzzles in the full game.

The artbook adds a .pdf in the game's local files, primarily containing character portraits, concept art / old designs, the overworld and battle sprites for characters, as well as art used for physical merchandise. Buying it is a good way to support the developer, and/or to appreciate how adorable Fei and Honest are.

The OST for this game is amazing. The area/cutscene BGMs are atmospheric and soothing, and all the battle tracks are absolute bangers.

Resette's Prescription

I attempted to solve a puzzle with algebra, only to brute force it in the end because I'm dumb. :/

A very nice point and click game. While short and decently easy compared to other games of the genre, the characters are quite endearing, and the music is amazing.

The game is very short. It took me 2.3 hours to complete the game. (Any further hours were for trading cards and achievement hunting.)

Despite its length, it manages to tell a nice story in its time. The mysteries that the story presents drive you to want to find out more. The main characters, Resette and Gaede, are very cute and charming. They are portrayed as if they are part of a larger overarching story, with this game being another chapter of their adventures. However, outside of the manga in the artbook, I'm not aware of them being involved in any other stories. A tad disappointing because playing this game makes me want to know more about them and their experiences.

As a point and click game, there are a lot of puzzles. A good portion of these puzzles are decently easy to solve once you figure out how they work. (Except for that one early puzzle I brute forced.) Though, they are not too easy as I wasn't bored with solving them. The only difficulty I had was noticing special objects or paths because I'm apparently blind. :/
This game has no hint system at all. So if you get stuck, you will need to search online for a let's play, because guides for this game apparently do not exist.

The game introduces you to a basic tutorial at the beginning. When your cursor turns into a pair of boots, clicking will have Resette or Gaede walk there. Movement kind of gets funky at times as sometimes you're not quite sure how far you're allowed to walk in a particular room. An area that looks walkable actually isn't since your mouse doesn't turn into boots. Meanwhile walkable areas appear to be unwalkable if your mouse just so happens to be out of the hit box for the walkable area. Despite how awful this may sound, it's actually not too much of a problem. But it's can be noticeable at times. If there's something you can interact with, your mouse turns into a feather. However since your character needs to be close to that object for the feather to appear, sometimes you may not realize that an object is interactable. Combine that with the occasionally awkward movement, this makes finding interactable items and objects a little harder than they should be.

Another complaint I have is that I really wish Resette could interact more with Gaede. Having them talking to each other in different rooms and/or at different times could have helped develop them or revealed more of their relationship with each other. Their conversations could have been them commenting on the situation or the room they were in. Gaede could maybe even give hints to puzzles or items that should be examined. What happens instead is that Gaede usually just follows Resette, only commenting when interacting with certain objects; or he just stands there and does absolutely nothing until you move onto the next room. This really feels like missed potential.

In terms of audio; there's nothing special for its minimal sound effects. What they have works. Note that the game does not have any kind of voice acting whatsoever. As for the music, this game has a lovely soundtrack. It is very nice to listen to and is probably one of the strongest points of the game. I wish I had the words to describe exactly how much I like the music.

The art is quite nice. The backgrounds are full water colored paintings while the characters are drawn clearly. The two art styles may seem funky at first, but it grew on me. The animations for the characters are pretty weak however. Many of them are choppy, as in they only have a few frames for their animations. This works fine for simpler movements such as walking and running, but it becomes noticeable during the parts of the game where the characters are doing something more important.

It was a short but pleasant ride that had me wanting more. Some parts of the game are rough around the edges, but I enjoyed Resette's Prescription ~Book of memory, Swaying scale~ for what it was.

Very awesome fighting game.
It's a cross-over fighting game, but I was able to enjoy it with no knowledge of most characters when I first started.

It's an anime fighter, as one could tell from the anime artstyle. Thus, you will encounter some mechanics from similar games such as air-dashes, a focus on long and flashy combos, burst and roman cancel systems, etc.
Like other fighters of this subgenre, normals are split into three buttons: A, B, and C, representing Light, Medium, and Heavy attacks. This game also include additional buttons D and E for even slower and stronger normals, as well as a universal dash-cancelling system.

The game has a visual novel styled story mode. The roles of the characters are presented such that knowledge of their original source isn't needed too much.

The sound effects are decent, and the music is pretty dang awesome. Every character has their own theme that plays during fights. You will generally hear the theme for player 2's character, like it or not.

Command buffering is VERY lenient. I'd honestly say this is one of the easiest fighting games to get into thanks to the buffer, as it helps to learn basic combos when you first start out. That said, there's still a lot of depth with its various systems such as the dash cancelling and assist systems.

Unfortuantely, the AI is mostly a joke. I can easily breeze through fights against them without much problem.

As per usual fighting game tradition, the final boss of arcade mode is a cheater. One can easily dominate against the last boss with proper knowledge of their character and the game mechanics, but making a single mistake can be very punishing.

Online is unfortunately not that active, but one can set up matches within the community discord.

My only gripe with this game is that the keyboard remapping could be improved. P1 is locked into using WASD and P2 is locked into using the arrow keys for movement. There's no way to switch them. Additionally, P2 cannot remap their buttons to any of the WASD keys, so if you're used to using those keys. You will need to use an external program to use them for attacks..

This is a short but very cute and charming RPG game.
It's actually a collection of 3 short RPG games. Each one will take about an hour to complete.

While there are RPG battles, the game is more focused on story telling.
Battles are more of a way to show that a fight is occuring. The actual fights are effortless. You most likely won't lose unless your actively trying to get one of the bad endings.

The characters are charming and endearing. The relationship between the two main characters is absolutely adorable!
The stories themselves are quite enjoyable. It really makes me wish there were more.
The artstyle and music are also really great and further add to the charm of this game.
