Ingredients

1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups self raising flour

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf tin.
2. Cook at 180ºC for approx 35-40 mins or until skewer comes out clean when you prick the loaf.
