As a huge fan of the previous games, this unfortunately does not stack up (or even near it) at all. Many of the original aspects of the game were stripped (no displaying of armor, static fighting stances, boring characters/story-line) and the fighting system was completely redo for no reason. Do not go into this with the idea of it being like Sonny 1 or 2. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable to play the game for nostalgic reasons, my only grip is that the game forces you into a specific play-style/skill-tree if you want to complete the game. This bothered me as that was not how the original Sonny was. Being able to mix skills and tactics was the core to Sonny and that's all gone because of the difficulty scaling. Get it on sale.

This game is NOT like other asyms, you WILL have to put in the time and effort if you want to get good, you may have to put in hundreds of hours, but the best part is it's all worth it in the end.

For a Free 2 Play game, this is the most balanced I've ever seen an asym be, there is no cheese, no BS mechanic, nothing to give you the upper hand besides simply being better than your opponent.

The interaction for both sides is constant and engaging, often times having very little downtime. It is a team game that rewards you for being a team leader/player.

I highly recommend this game to all my friends, VHS's future is very promising and I have no doubt in them.

Honestly, the remake is nice. You get to relive the moment just like the first time you played it. However it does not include Zen and that's the missing piece to this grand scheme.

Possible one of the best games out there to get. Played competitively and casually. One of the best FPS series since the first Counter-Strike.

I dont know why the hell i recommended this game but yea.
