A car was driving slowly in front of my firetruck heading for a fire at my favourite building. The building burnt down. So I found the car drivers house and bulldozed it. Screw you Albert Wilson from the Anchor Residence!!!! 11/10 Would bulldoze again

KG, you are wrong. Of course you can have a larger numerator than denominator, it would simply be an improper fraction. This is not an incorrect fraction, just not simplified and proper. You would simplify it to a mixed number of the integer 1 combined with the simple, proper fraction 1/10.
But he never said it was a simple, proper fraction.
