Early Access Review
Incredibly polished for what it is.

Only thing missing is the ability to save manually and revert to that point when you lose.

Having to start over on a new randomly generated map every time you lose is getting old fast.

The challenge is great. The overall game design is excellent, some balance work is needed but one of my favourite games for 2018.

So this game is a near perfect 4.5/5.

Excellent satire and story telling. Flawless gameplay and lots of blooood and guts.

The bad, if you have an AMD GPU, you are ♥♥♥♥♥... really really ♥♥♥♥♥. My RX-480 and I got through the first half of the game on launch day, then the game was patched and demanded that I update my videocard driver.

So I did.

When I was done, crashes, freezes, blue screen galore.

The game was a litttle stuttery on launch, but I could play the game at least. One patch and a gpu driver update later, the game in now unplayabe. Seriosuly, there should have been a button to let me play the game with the old driver.

Ended up buying a 1070ti after a lot of hesitation and finished the game with that.

If you have a Nvidia gpu above the recommended spec, by all means, get this game, if you have an AMD gpu, tread lightly. Get a pirated copy and try that first, if it works, then consider buying.

Valve, we need game demos for ♥♥♥♥♥ like this, basically let us install the whole game or as much of it as needed to play the first level so we can check for these technical issues.(Update there is now a free trial available)

Also, Belthesda needs to make it standard in all their games that, after a game has been run once, there should be no need to display all the freaking logos and warning messages, its too damn long. Especailly when you are troubleshooting a game that is always crashing.
