it's a bad RPG. most mechanics are awkward, clunky at best, or severely unpolished. the inventory system sucks, some chores are unnecessarily tedious and boring, but the game more than makes up for all these (major) flaws with an excellent cast, setting, likeable characters and villages

Mostly boring fetch quests, fairly short and uses the worst minigame; alchemy. Pass

The only season 4 DLC I recommend. A must have given how underutilized the new world used to be. They nailed manola, and I'm thankful it just expands the NW instead of making a new region like Cape trelawney, the dam is a great idea, electricity opens up a lot of space and a third NW resident tier was very much needed. I don't like orchards and multifactories, but besides those annoying production chains this DLC is amazing

I really hate everything about the hacienda mechanics. Fertilizer is a decent idea but it shouldn't be tied to the hacienda. It just breaks the feel of anno too much

The mail mechanic is OP but extremely uninteresting. Airships for trading are an interesting concept but the airship combat is awful. I would have genuinely preferred if they only made airships for trade and nothing else
