Another promising game cut down by a wrong-headed refactor.

The changes to knockback, mobility, character size, etc., have removed the only interesting and unique aspects of Multiversus. Now it really is just a bad smash clone. The added PvE content is incredibly easy and grindy, and the grind for unlocking characters or cosmetics is now comical.

I feel nothing but pity for PFG because I can't imagine shutting down or moving the game to a new engine or multiplying the monetization by 1000x were their ideas.

Possibly one of the worst online ports I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Nothing works properly. Players teleport and rubber-band, hitreg is abysmal, inputs get eaten, and for some strange reason rockets and grenades just stop rendering after being fired/thrown and will take wild impossible paths.

Only purchase if you are extremely desperate to replay the single-player campaign of Halo 2 with really buggy AI.

Like ARMA but too arcade-y.
Like Battlefield but too realistic.
Terrible UI and conveyance.
Poor feedback on weapons and landed shots.
It's not utterly broken but pretty much any other war shooter does it better.

In a world full of ability and class-based shooters, only one game has the balls to utterly tank its prospective playerbase by actually being based on personal skill instead of meta knowledge [UPDATE: then ruin everything with ill-conceived additions and drastic balance changes]:

Lawbreakers

-THRILL as good players fly around the map while players from more modern shooters flail about impotently
-CHILL as a single wraith repeatedly demolishes your braindead team and goes 45-3
-SPILL your drink desperately trying to track multiple players in zero g

[Update:]
-FILL with anger as your favorite role is invalidated by sweeping and fundamental changes that were never discussed or tested in the community!
-FULFILL your own prophecy by uninstalling the game when the devs' opportunity to fix their balance mistakes is squandered!
