Despite all the issues with this game, I would recommend it.
Epic Online Services is garbage, but livable as a fan of the series.
The crashes are minor for my system, but awful for AMD users at time of writing.

As someone that has played some of the previous AC games, it felt good to get back to mecha dress up sim.

Game is really fun if played with friends that you can talk to.
The devs release multiple updates and deserve the money (game is free on mobile)

As a roguelike, this game is hard. But it's the kind of hard where you know that it's your fault for your mistakes.
That being said, the game gets stupid with the level of guns and items, to the point that you're dealing more damage to yourself then the game.

Light RPG elements with a focus on puzzles and twitchy battles make this a fun retro styled game.

I played this game casually, and I loved it.

The game feels like Shovel Knight, but free and more humor.
The default keyboard control scheme feels kinda weird, but since the game allows controllers, it's all right.
There's a lot of replayability with the multiple badges that you can get at the end of each level.
Regardless, the length of this game versus it's cost makes it a must play.

Even without real life friends to play this, I had fun.
Apparently, Parsec allows online play with friends, so this game has risen on my list of favorite games.

Pretty good for a free game. Enjoyable for a couple hours.
Even allows you to create your own content.
One problem with it is the raiding mechanics, in that most of the time before you can board a disabled ship, either one of your allies blows it up or an npc does. Kinda hurts a Sparrow starting choice.
I haven't played the game in a year, so if that has changed, then that last comment is void.
