A great direction for the series I think, I didn't like how chaotic and spastic Doom Eternal's combat got, so this is a nice change of pace. It invokes the playstyle of the old dooms

Excellent game

I enjoyed playing the game. I really love the fact that an MMO has attempted to implement a skill based combat system instead of just clicking buttons in a specific order in your hot bar before the person has time to react. Unfortunately, the system is not too refined and should have been tweaked more. I prefer MMOs that are based around resource gathering and gaining power that way as opposed to just raids. However, this game is pay to win in the late game due to the rewards that the season pass has and the fact you can by skips for the season pass.
I hope another MMO tries this system cause I'm tired of games with WoW and SWTOR like combat.

Excellent game through and through. My only "gripe" is that it's really silly seeing human furniture in a cat's home, and also seeing straight up a human home as a cat's home.

You can't play solo lobbies, the game requires you to use the matchmaking system even if you want to play solo. The matchmaking system is non-functional. You can't lean. I can't believe they thought this game was ready to launch when the game is literally impossible to play.

Update: The game is fun to play. However, I cannot recommend this game due to the glaring issues in nearly every other aspect of the game. The matchmaking servers are still bad. You still need to connect to an online lobby when playing by yourself, you cannot pause the game when playing solo, there's no leaning, there is no crime.net mission select menu (only a generic mission select), they have an in game crypto currency to force you to wait to spend your money on gear you want, objectives sometimes just break for no clear reason, leveling up requires you to complete challenges, you don't gain xp from completing heists, the favor system is completely unexplained and even now no one knows how it works fully, the favor system is a massive downgrade from payday 2.

Was this really made by only two people? If so then this is pretty impressive. I really enjoyed this game, the young lady you raise is really sweet. My only issue with this game is that the english is really broken at times, to the point where I have to stare at the options the game presents and wonder if I am interpreting the context correctly. I would highly recommend they get someone to go through the dialogue and iron it out.
Other than that, smooth experience.

I would love a graphical remake of this game. I would buy it again even if all they did was update the graphics

So far I like it, although I find it mildly annoying to go through the loop of filling my bag, force myself to die, then respawn and do the whole thing over again. Could we add a way for us to go back to our safe room without dying? I think that would help with the flow of the game honestly.

Edit: They added a melee and made it so you can go back to your base after completing a level. I look forward to seeing how this game will develop.

I've been playing this since U7 and it is lovely. The modding scene is fantastic as well. My only gripe at the moment is that crouching makes it near impossible to grab items on your right waist
