Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

In the future, if you are playing with someone you believe to be cheating your best course of action is to report them in-game, not through help requests.

To report a player in-game:
Press and hold the scoreboard key (default: tab).
Press your alternate fire/zoom key (default: right mouse button) to show a mouse cursor.
On the scoreboard, click the name of the player you would like to report and select 'Report'.
Check the box you would like to report for. Please note, only one box can be selected when submitting a report.

Reports through help requests are not reviewed by the VAC team and we do not take action on accounts reported for cheating at Steam Support. For this reason, we can only encourage you to continue reporting players you believe are cheating through the in-game report function.

Because we have provided all the information we have regarding reporting cheaters I am closing this help request. Please note that future help requests submitted to report cheaters may be closed without a reply—it is much more efficient and valuable to report players in-game.
