dont worry about the 30 fps issue, mafia 2 is still way better then this, a few problems i have is that theres no fighting with civillians, not enough robbing stores etc but the story line is amazing so far and i love how they brought vito back into the game. I feel DLC is going to be amazingm this game has great potential for it and i think this is worth the 60 dollars easliy
