A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience. Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman. Has proven ability to produce creative, original ideas, plans, products or methods,even if they’re not always practical, in line with organization needs, or successful.
