Game is really hard but it's got some of the most fluid and tight controls of any platformer I've ever played. I was really surprised to see multiple reviews calling the movement bad, skill issue? ;)
Feels awesome to size up obstacles and figure out "how the hell do I get up there." Exploration is really fun and satisfying, levels constantly test different skills, and it feels awesome when obstacles that were once like a brick wall to your progress get passed like a breeze. It can be a drag when you fail a jump or something and you have to spend a minute clambering back up to where you fell, but I think I prefer that to an instant respawn right next to where you died. Makes attempts feel more intense and has you master each challenge and play faster and better each time as you catch up to where you were. I like all the bird things, they're really cute. I'm definitely picking up the full release :)

one of the best values on steam hands-down. buy it for yourself, buy it for your friends, buy it for strangers, buy a second copy for yourself.
