Played since the beginning, never reached level 100, come back every few years to try new content and get back to lower top tier, definitely worth the sink is extremely fun and a good waste of time.

lets be real, your game sucks.

its not that its unoptimized garbage.

its not that movement is clunky and its a jump gunning rape fest.

its also not that there is ALREADY hackers in the game.

People arent giving this game enough time, but I cant blame them.

Firstly this game starts stupidly simple and everything is basically locked and the only thing you really see are PAY MONEY TO COMPLETE THIS, and it makes you think 'uh no im definitely not gonna do that'

but as you progress (level 19 as of writing) things change everything starts to open up strategy become a huge factor with skills that add ALOT of depth to fights, this isnt your standard total war throw 5k troops at someone, it is actually skill based, which is weird but enjoyable.

Yes there are dumb things like PAY MONEY TO COMPLETE, but as you gain more castles and start getting gold for free, it changes everything.

I say give it a chance, you probably will enjoy it if youre into skill based rts, but it takes time to build your empire.

Edit: I have to change this review, after realizing how ludicrously long it will take to get decent units that you can simply pay to have, or the gold to resource exchange, it would take years for someone who is free to play to even COMPETE with someone pay 2 play, not only are the units locked, so are buffs for said units, which can be bought or crafted but expect to spend a quarter of a year gathering the necessary material or spend 2 dollars.

its a decent game, problem is they are having so many issues right now with finding servers and disconnections, definitely worth a play.... if you can get to the game.
