made me cry a lot. very good.

i've only owned this game for a few days and i've already put almost 24 hours into it..
the grind for resources is a little bit tedious early on, but once you've gotten past the worst of it the game basically has no major issues with it's loop. i've always really enjoyed platform fighters and rougelites, so something that plays like "Hades meets Brawlhalla" is scratching a very specific itch that games with similar aims, like Skul, haven't quite scratched.

I highly, highly recommend this game if you're a fan of rougelite games, i think this is a must-try of the genre and i have high hopes for where this game may go in the future. Hats off to Gentle Giant for knocking it out of the park with this one.

Incredibly tight and engaging gameplay, a strong aesthetic, and bangin' soundtrack make for an absolute must-play in my opinion. Even if first-person shooters aren't really your speed, this game is definitely worth a try!

This game has fast-paced and exhilarating combat, and yet also finds room for complex strategy. This game is phenomenal, with excellent replayability. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoyed Slay the Spire, Cross Code or Mega Man Battle Network, or anyone seeking the most rewarding game they could play this year. It's only just launched and it's already in my running for personal Game of the Year.
