Attention, Standpoint as a non-Fan!
The game looks like it's from the early PS3-era, there is little scenery, and the bit that is there looks washed out and dull. The game runs like absolute ass, even when everything is turned down to medium etc. The racing seems fun at first, but as soon as you figure out that it's "just turning left" (yes I know, NASCAR is always just turning to one side, but the racing is so bland that there is not much to it than just occasionally TAPPING the brake, and.....well turning left.)
I also tried the road courses, they are not much more fun than the ovals, even if they involve turning right sometimes. The cars handle more or less like they are on rails, and behave like boats. There is no engagement or anything more to it.

TL;DR: Game runs like ass, looks like from 15 years ago and is about as fun as watching paint dry.
