Nice short and unique game. Has some gameplay of old school text adventure games and the kind of puzzles you get in "Keep talking and nobody explodes".
While not a horror game per se, it has some horror-like tense moments without the big jumpscares.

Still actively being updated for a really decent price. I'm bad at it but this is the most pure skill based competitive racing game there is.

Great minimalistic looking and relaxing "infinite" game.
Sound design is really nice and changes based on gameplay.

Easy to learn, hard to master.
You can play this for 10 minutes or 4 hours.

Good game but weaker than previous two entries.
Get it in sale when you need to scratch that Tomb Raider itch.

Some negative points I didn't really see noted by other reviewers:

- You can hunt again, but there is really no need for it. Costumes are not really that helpful ingame. Midgame I had so much extra resources every resource slot was filled and I couldn't pick up anything else.
There were some places where you could hunt specific animals like previous games, but I never did. As the pelts of them were already overflowing my inventory so there was literally no point in doing so.

- You get to choose between quite an array of weapons. But I don't see the point as you'll barely be using them. So little combat compared to the last games.

- Soooo much collectibles. It's getting worse every entry. I loved 100% previous games but this time it's insane. You can't walk for 5 meters until there is a new files, or diggable cache, or mural, or ..... You'll be pressing the "Lara vision" or whatever button constantly to make sure you didn't miss anything. Breaking the flow of the game and the gorgeous graphics.

- This happens in so many games but the people never shut up! One of the main characters is talking to you and suddenly one of the natives starts to share their live story, for no reason, in the most boring way possible, overriding the conversation about the main game plot! Especially when you put it in "native language" there is so little emotion in the conversations of the NPCs. I hated talking to them.

And missed conversations are not repeated either, so tough luck. Trying to pick something up with a full backpack? Sorry, "Can't carry anymore" is more important than the main story so you'll never hear what Jonah was trying to say to Lara.

It's really tough for me to "not recommend" this game...

What I liked
because I really like the atmosphere and the unique gameplay.

The game doesn't hold your hand with it's puzzles, but doesn't really punish you for missing timed QTE's/Puzzles. Which I like.

It has a very good art style, think of the hacker type UI used in Alien:Isolation. With pretty realistic ingame graphics. It's obvious they really did their research on making the space station as realistic as possible.

The pacing is great. Not too much repetition, not too long, ...

What I didn't like
What makes me not wanting to recommend this game though is all it's technical issues.
It almost took as much time to fix these as the the time needed to beat the game. If you're not to technically minded, I would recommend you play this game on console.

If they would fix these I would certainly recommend the game.

- First, the game didn't boot at all for me. It just closed on me, immediately after starting it. After looking in the steam technical forums I fixed it by running the executable as administrator"

- I have an ultrawidescreen monitor and the game isn't really happy with it. The first time I played, it set the game with an "custom resolution" setting. You have the complete game in the middle of the screen and then some parts rendered on the sides which ruins the immersion. The next time I booted the game I couldn't even select this resolution and needed to select on that kinda fits my monitor. This also can mess with your mousecapture regions where you can't click some parts of the screens.

- You can remap the controls for the cameras and the sphere you control. But not for the minigames. This is really annoying if you don't have a qwerty keyboard. I even couldn't complete some minigames because of it until I added a qwerty keyboard in Windows and translated the keys in my head and using my finger positioning.

- I had a random bluescreen while playing the game. Not sure if this is something wrong with the game or my pc. But the last save was a bit too far back for my liking.

Interesting lore, nice collect-a-thon (if you want), nice combination between platforming and combat. If you liked the previous Tomb Raider (reboot) you will like this one too as it is an upgrade on the previous one.

Unique gameplay. Emotional story. No filler.
It shows the developers put a lot of love in this game and it is abolutely one you need to experience.
