You can check the forum to see how many people are complaining about the support team, how long it takes for a single reply from them, and you need to reply to that and wait another ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ long time

This is the only DND-like game where I don't feel bad about being chaotic-evil

Spawning armies, attacking a city, they don't have defence at all
Just conquered a city, their capital
Next round, I was forced to surrender because apparently, my score is lower even though I'm destroying them, and my cities were surrendered to them
