Team Fortress 2 is definitely my favorite game of all time. I remember how I used to boot up this game, find some friends online, add them and just have a blast and it definitely has played a big part of my life.

However, seeing the state it's in now is just heartbreaking. With cheating bots joining to ruin every casual game and having people ruining the fun of gamemodes like MvM by jamming the server they're on is really sad. But even with all that, Team Fortress 2 is doing better than ever.

Yes, while the devs are rarely to be seen in general, there's still an amazing community with spectacular community servers changing up the game with gamemodes like Saxton Hale, Randomizer and even x10. Every class has so many different routes you can go with. Every single class has so many options for weapons, you can make almost anything you want to achieve happen. Want to be Darth Vader? Use the Batsaber and go nuts on Scout. Feeling like snipers have gotten stale? The Huntsman is perfect for that.

The point is that if you can look past the cheating bots that join almost every casual server and the people that ruin the fun of MvM and genuinely enjoy the game for what it is, I HIGHLY recommend this game. Without a doubt. You don't even have to play on casual servers, there's way too many community servers to even count in this game that you can play on and have fun in.

Team Fortress 2 is, as a wise man once said, a timeless masterpiece.
