Well... Well... Well...

Where do I even begin! This review is going to be a little biased due to my unending love for Himalayas and its mythologies. I remember few years back traveling to the remote areas in the Himalayas via Himachal or Uttarakhand or Nepal every now and then to know more about the stories that remain hidden and the good stuff you find there :D

This game comes closer than anything that could satiate me in my quest to find the truths i hope to find one day irl. Be it YETI's or the trippy psychedelics you find there and imagine how the trip would be or the wildlife or the majestic mountains or local fauna and herbs or the cultural appropriation or shanath or Shangri-La or storyy. It owned me overwhelmingly. The breathtaking visuals, stunning views, The cultural representation, relatability factor, insane game mechanics, living up to my expectations, good stuff :D, this game has it all.

I have completed it many times during the early years of its launch pirated, on a POTATO pc, but then had the privilege to purchase it on steam and do it all over again and this time on a fairly overkill machinery. Needless to mention, again it took my breath away. I remember in the end there comes a time in the tavern where you place the urn which has the ashes of your mother and place it in lakshmana, only to find out that lakshmana is not a place but your sister. I cried in joy as if I just had lived my life in a video game.

IDC what others say or review it as... it has been and is going to be always my favourite game of all time which not only blessed me with a amazing and absorbing gameplay but also made me feel such emotions I never knew existed. Thanks Ubisoft! Much love <3
