I am an awake Receiver.

Loved the first game, and the sequel adds new depths to the weapons and mechanics of them. Highly recommended if you want different kind of shooter experience, and want to learn some tips about gun safety well, as most of the tips given in-game do translate to their real-world counterpart.

Brings some neat new stuff to DOOM 3, like the super shotgun and the not-gravity gun, along with a handful of new enemy types as well. Not the greatest expansion pack ever made, but if you want more DOOM 3, this is a short and sweet outing back into hell.

Revisited this game after not loving the BFG version, and I will say with some tweaking to run in widescreen, this game holds up really well.

There are a lot of annoying jump-scares, and I really hope you like getting ♥♥♥♥♥-slapped by the same Imp jumping from behind a door. And some of the updated demon designs are not great, but other than some minor gripes this game is still excellent, and is still a lot of fun to play to this day.

*Before the final boss, go left and look for the iD Soft brick for a fun Easter egg!

Singleplayer: Gameplay is fun, semi-open world though, so don't go into this expecting something like Far Cry. Also, not a lot of evolution on that Halo formula, you are really only going to be running and shooting the entire game.

Multiplayer: Fun when the servers want to work, regardless of the really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ free-to-play model that keep most unlocks for the paid battle pass owners. And yes, I now the Multiplayer is still in beta, but frankly its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ laughable how bad the online servers are. I have largely only noticed these severe connection issues since the singleplayer launched, and since the singleplayer is always online for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason, I am guessing all the people who just bought the game for that are the reason they have suddenly become clogged.

Overall it's a 7/10 game for the gameplay, but don't expect this to change your mind on the Halo series as a whole.

Great game but ♥♥♥♥ man that final levels sucks.

If you like System Shock 2, and you want a very similar experience, play this game.

If you're looking for a straight up shooter, this game isn't really going to scratch that itch honestly, shooting is just okay, and really isn't the focal point of combat. But the game does offer you many solutions to most problems, and figuring those out and thinking outside the box really makes this something you can replay and really sink your teeth into.

10/10 Daddy Bear Simulator.

If you like repeatedly getting tied down and hit in the balls with a hammer then you will really love this game.
