Hello everyone, I am not very active in this thing you call “hyperpop” but I am becoming very worried but intrigued, by my daughters sudden interest in the genre of music. I have nothing against it, some people have told me that it is what kids do nowadays, but my 13 year old daughter has been blasting this music all over my house. It had scared my husband many times, but we are very concerned of what the lyrics means. Most of the time, it feels like gibberish. She says that this music is her, and she wants to listen to it freely. I do not forbid her from listening to this genre, but the titles and lyrics are questionable. Most of the time, all I hear around my house is “haahabhagwjshwhsh”, and I don’t understand. Since this is a hyperpop group, please help me understand. I do not want to break my relationship more with my 13 year old daughter more.
