I would recommend you buy this game. The story is nice and heartfelt. Throughout the game the mobility of your character increases and will take you from the basic platforming at the beginning to masterful jumps and dodges near the end. There are many secrets in the game which makes it more fun to explore through the lands without fast travel. Sometimes to get a secret you'll have to unlock something and come back, and without fast travel it encourages revisiting already explored areas. I recommend this game to anyone who likes exploring and platforming.

This game is really good

though it isn't very long it has a very interconnected world that has so many secrets and puzzles

the effort put into the art and animations are amazing and I hope to see more from the developers

I might 100 percent this game, though I just finished my first playthrough. There is also a free DLC that's quite nice so I'm going to try that.

I highly recommend this game to anyone who is willing to try it.

Edit: I forgot to mention, there are a lot of bugs in the game. When I press any key on my keyboard the controller input might stop registering some buttons. And there are a few other bugs but that's pretty much the only bad thing in this game.

This game is really good

The combat is a step in the right direction for Fromsoft and it adds something new than just rolling and getting behind enemies. The game is all about skill and the entire game takes you on a journey with your skill making the game easier. On a second playthrough you could beat every boss first try since you now have the skill.

There are these Shinobi Tools that allow you to have a diverse playstyle and almost all of them are useful.

The story is amazing and it's easier to follow along than Dark Souls since it has dedicated cutscenes and dialog that tells you exactly what you are doing and who you are.

NG+ allows you to get Kuro's Charm which makes the game even harder if you decide you want to throw it out.

I honestly can not recommend this game enough and it is probably my favourite Fromsoft game so far.

I can't wait to see what Elden Ring brings to the table.

FIX YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME

I arrived to the dark souls train late. Early May of 2020 is when I played dark souls 3 for the first time and I enjoyed it so much. I wish I could get the Prepare to Die Edition of the game but it's been delisted. For a story point, it's amazing. For a remaster, it's garbage. If I had the Prepare to Die Edition I would give it this review and give the remaster a negative. Just bring back PTDE and I'll revoke my statement about this ♥♥♥♥ remaster. If you got rid of lag stabs and such it would be 10/10 perfect remaster. All you did was add DSFIX and put a price tag on it. I hope they would eventually give out the PTDE.

Cannot recommend this game enough.

The game will kick you down and you will get up over and over again. Everything will seem hopeless but then you would conquer the obstacles this game throws at you every step of the way. This is the entire point of the game. If you want a challenge or are just a complete masochist (like myself) then purchase this game because it IS worth your money.

If you haven't played the previous titles I would suggest looking up a guide on how to get started because there are some things the game doesn't tell you. Like being invincible during a roll or roll weights being tied to roll speed. I had to look up these things on my first playthrough. This game really isn't for the faint of heart, so if you don't think you could handle it then this game isn't for you.

After beating the game, you can replay the game but with a totally different playstyle. You will get so much replay value out of this game. There are many ways to replay the game and there is PvP intertwined with the PvE. You can invade into other people's worlds and ♥♥♥♥ them over. Just make a new character and plan out the exact stats (I recommend a site called MugenMonkey which helps plan characters) and once you're done you can go invade casuals.

There is also competitive PvP at Soul Level 120 where you can duel other players in an honor system made by the community. Though be warned as there is a cheater problem where people can put impossible items into your inventory and ban you from playing online. Back-up your save file every now and then to ensure security.

The problem with these things is that you can get banned from multiplayer for having a free-cam mod or some other mod that adds different cosmetic things for the environment.

I really do recommend you check it out. Just be cautious to avoid cheaters and if you're just into PvE then good luck to you. And remember, you will die.
