Gorgeous, cute game that is very well put together. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a deep city builder look elsewhere. Was hard to give this game a thumbs down, but considering this game has been out for 3+ years and isn't much different is a telltale sign to not move forward with a purchase.

On the other hand, it's $10 so if you want about ~10 of fun then this is a fine game.

I absolutely recommended this game... 2-3 years ago. Lack of content can make the game run dry pretty quickly and the developer has moved on to bigger, and better things.

Go install Ingnomia. It's free, in early access and this developer has basically give it its blessing as a successor.

Play as a dwarf that's basically enslaved by an ultra-capitalistic super evil mega-corporation. Dance, and get drunk while you get yelled at for not doing your job. Just another day at the office.

Early Access Review
Fantastic game, and even better with friends. The initial part of the game is quite repetitive as you gain levels, but it's definitely still in its early days.

CS:GO Review
If they would have counted CS:GO towards my World Language credits in High School, I may actually be somewhere in my life right now. Instead I'm translating Russian for someone that actually has a future.

We’re simply not used to having real emotional reactions to video games. Sure, some titles are getting better at it, but for the most part that’s something truly lacking in the medium. There is tons of adrenaline but not much else. The Novelist stirs up feelings and makes you want to bend to Linda and Tommy’s needs. But then that brings us back to the whole overarching concept of the game: there may not be a possibility to manage everyone’s wants and needs. If you haven’t been scared off by the concept it presents, then The Novelist shall likely prove a worthwhile experience.

Monaco is the first game I’ve played that truly nails the feeling of the heist, with enough traps, items, and different characters that co-op play with friends should be a staple of your online activity for the months to come. However, the over-long campaign is a chore when played solo, especially when the story suffers as a result. If you and your friends are looking for a new game to play together, Monaco is a no-brainer. But playing through Monaco by yourself, or leaving your enjoyment up to groups of strangers, can yield uneven results.
