Overall the game is mostly good but I have enough nitpicks that I wouldn't want to go play it again. I did finish the game but largely just to see it through as the issues didn't really compound until the 4th level.

1. The colored fog makes everything hard to tell apart. What's ground and what's water is very ambiguous sometimes. Similarly one boss has a red arena and some of the arena will turn to lava later on. The warning you're given is everything turns MORE RED. It's hard to tell anything threatening is happening
2. I would like to be able to turn the death counter off, it serves no purpose except to make me feel like I'm bad at the game even when those deaths felt cheap.
3. Do the gramaphones do anything? I thought they might give me more health but I couldn't tell for sure.
4. Make death pits more obvious or even better remove instant deaths altogether, just take a bit of health and respawn the player on the last used solid ground. My first death was checking to see if water kills me and that shouldn't be necessary.
5. Those racetracks where you have to mash the button were not fun. In addition to being more physically painful than necessary, how to win was not particularly clear. If you killed an opponent, they'd respawn with a speed boost. If you avoided them and left them alone, they'd also get a speed boost later on. How to win was not clear and I felt like I just got lucky.

Give me options to turn off things like the death counter, anti aliasing, hold the button instead of mashing, maybe thin out the fog, this would have been a much better experience.

Maybe it's nostalgia but Fallout 3 is still great to play even in 2024. I'm lucky enough it runs on my PC without any mods or anything even though this game is old enough to drive.

A great game, play it before Ubisoft removes it from your library.

It's interesting to see where this series came from. The sequel is a much better game, but this is worth checking out. Check the game guides for the appropriate mods to get your controller working properly and stop the occasional freezes from happening.

PC version was abandoned in favor of the mobile version. I would guess it will never leave early access.

I felt smrt

A fantastic Roguelite/Match 3 hybrid. British-tinged steampunk theming rounds it out. That "just one more run" feeling is strong here.

Rogue Legacy 2 is amazing. If you liked the first game, you will probably love this, even in a world where Hades and Dead Cells exist.

This game made me excited about a bible.

Totally worth the price and time investment.
