Cyberpunk 2077 is more sci-fi GTA with RPG minor RPG stuff. I didn't care about it at all. The new Perfect Dark is seems mildly interesting from the Xbox reveal this year, but much wasn't shown.

Well alot of us want a new Deus Ex Game Similar to Cyberpunk 2077, maybe one. But its not looking too good for a new Deus Ex.

If I had to choose a number 2, I would say Human Revolution not because it's really even close to the first Deus Ex, but because it's a fun game on it's own merits. It has this sort of neo-60's style to everything that I dig, to the fashion, to the sci-fi and robotic stuff, everything. It also has the best guns in the series because you don't have to stare at a cardboard box to max sure your accuracy builds just to make a perfect headshot.

The first one because it's the most open, (even if unintentionally at times). The story is dumb, but in a cheesy, almost self-aware way, sort of like an 80's movie. The atmosphere is the best, so is the aesthetic. I think all of the endings suck, but that doesn't disregard the fun you can have prior to the endings and the choices you make through out the game. The gunplay isn't great, but I'd prefer if my enemies DIE when they need to rather than "okay guess I'll die now" in Invisible War.

So I'm curious, what's your favorite Deus Ex Game?
Sheik Yerbouti 20 Jun @ 10:00am
I had more fun with Killzone on the PSVita than this game because I was allowed to approach things how I wanted to, do things how I wanted to. Sure, that's a linear 8th gen FPS game, but freedom (or "semi-freedom") in a small but open environment is always better than the cramped, concrete corridors of Deus Ex: Invisible War. I can't blame them for changing Project Snowblind away from Deus Ex, but that game has more Deus Ex DNA than this TRASH.

Even as a shooter, it just flat out sucks. All of the guns use the same ammo for some reason, enemies are bullet spongy, and the stealth is almost non-existent. The story, writing, and characters are downgraded from the first game. With the problem of all endings being canon, that makes some decisions you never knew you could make like saving Paul confusing. If we ignore all the endings being canon though, then we have the problem of characters just sucking now, and being one dimensional. JC Denton is now (for some reason) a god like being connected to super computers. The main villain of the game is just a cult like group that don't really have any big plan or scheme, they just want to blow up the fucking Earth. I would make criticisms against its RPG mechanics, but I'd have to ask what RPG mechanics this game actually has.
