I have at least a few hundred hours on standalone, even if my rank doesn't show it.

Ignoring the gacha bits, this is a much easier version of riichii mahjong to play than Tenhou, and is the (second) most popular too.

I am literally too brain damaged to play this game correctly.
The fact that people are still enthusiastic about this game more than 10 years later says everything you need to know, though.

Positives:

The terms of service are standard live service fare. Standard twitter nonsense.

Game seems relatively fun

Negatives:

Complete wipe every 6 weeks (Eternaland is basically a private instance that you can't take things out of)

I am not interested in playing from scratch more often than once every 6 months, and would vastly prefer not to do that at all.

I do not like the game.

Makes a mockery of the original Overwatch in basically every way possible.
